Eau Folle
EAU FOLLE was a fragrance created by Guy Laroche in 1970. It was the second perfume from the famous fashion designer between Fidji and Drakar. EAU FOLLE had an interesting marketing edge: a very girly “eau de toilette” with a twist of craziness. The motto was “All we need to live is humour and eau folle” instead of love and plain water! So with Eau Folle let’s enjoy life and, as suggested in the ads, let’s have fun at Maxim’s or the Ritz (where the actual pictures were taken)! The big success was already there at the world launch in New York and went on until 1989. |

Forvil
FORVIL started in 1861, was a high profile perfume maker; 16 FORVIL perfumes came to market, with often luxury glamorous crystal packaging (some from Lalique). FORVIL was a cosmetics brand too, especially after 1930, when hair care lotions and shampoos were being developed using the fragrances of the perfumes. FORVIL is an ideal brand to design a complete cosmetic range of product, from perfumes to body and hair care. |
